As a woman with a history of complex developmental trauma and a late ADHD diagnosis, I’ve navigated my own healing journey through the challenges of burnout in recent years. I often found my mind racing with ideas, yet my body simply couldn’t keep up with the pace. This led to a cycle of pushing through exhaustion, disrupted sleep, neglecting exercise and eating poorly. I was overcommitting and driven by a deep fear of disappointing others, rooted in unconscious people-pleasing patterns learned in childhood (and very common in adopted people). These patterns left me feeling depleted, disconnected and unsure of how to prioritize my own needs.

Through my own healing journey, I learned how to set compassionate yet firm boundaries and reconnect with the wisdom of my body, which helped me restore balance and vitality. This transformation not only empowered my life but also reshaped how I approach helping others. As a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) with years of experience in somatic practices, I offer a trauma-informed, deeply empathic approach to support you in reclaiming your energy, resilience and sovereignty.
