By the end of this Nurture winter embodiment retreat you will leave with a deeper sense of connection to your body, emotions and internal rhythms. Through somatic self-compassion practices, gentle movement, restorative rest and guided reflection, you will rediscover the power of slowing down and attuning to your own needs—perhaps for the first time in a long time. This embodied awareness supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance and the capacity to respond rather than react to life’s demands.
The retreat also offers a space for genuine rest and repair—both individually and in community. You will experience what it feels like to be held in a supportive, non-judgmental container, allowing long-held tension and patterns of self-neglect to soften. You will take home practical tools and embodied resources to nurture yourself beyond the day, helping to sustain emotional wellbeing, increase resilience and create new habits of self-compassion and care.

I’m a somatic therapist, group facilitator and space holder with a deep love for helping womxn come home to themselves. With over 15 years’ experience in trauma recovery and nervous system regulation, I specialise in guiding others—especially those impacted by adoption and early relational wounds—through gentle, embodied processes that foster safety, connection and vitality.
In this retreat, I bring together my background in Somatic Experiencing®, eco-therapy, expressive arts and sacred movement to create a nourishing space for you to soften, reconnect and remember the wisdom that lives inside your body. My work is rooted in deep respect for the land, the body and the symbolic language that connects them.
Together, we’ll tend to the parts of you that are asking to slow down, listen deeply, so you can begin to bloom again from within.
