The Symbolic Thread Membership Program

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in The Symbolic Thread membership program (“Program”). By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to membership materials, including monthly teachings, practices and community resources.

• Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied or distributed.

2. Payments & Billing

• Membership is offered on a [monthly/annual] subscription basis. Payments are processed automatically via your selected payment method.

• By joining, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel your membership.

• All fees are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes where required.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].

• Cancellation stops future payments but does not issue a refund for past payments.

• Due to the digital nature of the Program, refunds are not provided once content has been accessed.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All materials provided (including videos, audios, PDFs and practices) are the intellectual property of The Somatic Sovereignty Collective.

• You may use the content for your own personal or professional development but may not reproduce, distribute or resell it without written permission.

5. Community Guidelines

• If a community platform (e.g., private group, forum) is included, you agree to engage respectfully.

• Harassment, hate speech or misuse of the community will result in removal without refund.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The Program provides educational and reflective practices and is not a substitute for medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

• You are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices when engaging with the content.

• The Somatic Sovereignty Collection is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses resulting from participation.

7. Changes to the Program

• We reserve the right to update or modify Program content, delivery format or these Terms at any time to improve the member experience.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Qld, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
