Terms and Conditions – EcoSomatic Sand Therapy™ Training Program

By enroling in the EcoSomatic Sand Therapy™ training program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access

Upon registration and receipt of payment, you’ll receive access to the course platform, including recorded lectures, downloadable materials, and integration resources. Access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Certification Requirements

To be eligible for certification, participants must:

• Attend both 3-day in-person workshops in full.

• Participate in (or view recordings of) all 5 live online lectures.

• Complete and submit two assignments:

  • A 2-page symbol study exploring the archetypal, cultural and symbolic nature of a chosen symbol.

  • A case study involving three client sessions using the EcoSomatic Sand Therapy™ approach.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and sometimes you may need to cancel your enrolment. Please read the policy below carefully before finalising your purchase.

• Cancellations before 5 May 2025:
  You will receive a refund of all payments made minus a $500 deposit.

• Cancellations between 5 – 19 May 2025:
  You will receive 50% of the remaining balance, minus the $500 deposit.

• Cancellations after 19 May 2025:
  No refunds will be issued.

Enrolment Transfers

You may transfer your enrolment to another person if you’re no longer able to attend. Transfers must be self-organised and submitted via email, including the new participant’s name, email and mobile number no later than 23 May 2025.

4. Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the platform and ineligibility for certification.

5. In-Person Workshop Attendance

Both in-person workshops are required components of the certification pathway. If you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer options to attend at a future date, pending availability. Additional fees may apply.

6. Use of Materials

All materials are for your personal and professional development only. Sharing, reproducing or distributing any part of the training content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Professional Conduct

This training is intended for qualified mental health and healing professionals. You are expected to maintain confidentiality, uphold professional ethics and participate with respect for the facilitator, peers and the learning environment.
