Somatic SandDreaming™ Circle

WELCOME to the Somatic SandDreaming™ Circle community - held with reverence in Diddillibah on the land of the Gubbi Gubbi people.

Somatic SandDreaming™ Circle is a weekly contemplative practice where sand, symbol and the body become a quiet language for the soul's expression. In this 2-hour circle, we slow down and meet ourselves through image, sensation and silence, allowing meaning, integration and inner coherence to emerge organically over time.

These circles offer a deeply held, non-verbal space for women and non-binary folk who are longing to reconnect with themselves, process what they carry and be gently witnessed within a respectful field of like-minded folk.

The Somatic SandDreaming™ Circle is a protected, small-group space grounded in somatic awareness, symbolic expression and Dadirri (deep listening). No artistic skill, spiritual experience or prior sandplay experience is needed ~ only your presence.

Our circle is a calm, inclusive and confidential space.
All women & NB folk are welcome exactly as they are.

We gather each week with deep respect for the land that holds us and the ancient, cross-cultural practice of healing through symbol, story and nature.

A few gentle agreements for our circle:

  • This is a quiet, reflective space ~ come as you are, with no pressure to share your story.

  • Confidentiality and respect for one another’s process are essential.

  • Please arrive on time to support the settled, protected field of the group.

  • Very occassionally Monique will be away at a training event on a Monday so unable to hold the circle that week. Reminders will be sent via email and posted on social media accounts.

  • If you are unwell, please care for yourself and the circle by staying home that week.

  • All materials are provided — simply bring yourself.

I look forward to welcoming you into this weekly rhythm of sand, symbol, somatics and shared presence.
