Â
Healing the Hidden Wounds of Adoption is a 2-day Systemic & Family Constellations workshop that creates a safe and compassionate space to explore the lasting impacts of adoption. Whether you are an adoptee or a birth parent, adoption often carries unseen layers of grief, disconnection and longing.
Through the powerful lens of Systemic & Family Constellations, this workshop offers a way to gently uncover hidden dynamics, honour unspoken stories and open pathways toward healing. Together, we will explore how adoption shapes identity, belonging and relationships—and how acknowledging what has been lost can make space for greater wholeness and connection.

Workshop Overview
DAY ONE - 15 November
Revealing Hidden Dynamics
Â
The first day introduces participants to the principles of Systemic & Family Constellations and creates a safe, nurturing environment for exploration. Through guided exercises, we will gently uncover hidden patterns and dynamics that influence adoption experiences, family relationships and personal identity. Participants will be invited to witness and engage in constellations, helping to illuminate unspoken stories and reveal connections that may have been previously unseen. Reflection, journaling and group discussion support integration of insights throughout the day.

Â
DAY TWO - 16 November
Healing and Reconnection
Â
The second day focuses on healing, acknowledgement and reconnection. Building on the insights from Day 1, participants will continue with constellation work designed to honour unspoken grief, recognise losses and open pathways toward belonging. We will explore ways to create healthier connections within ourselves and with our families, integrating experiential, somatic and reflective practices to embody new understanding. The workshop concludes with a closing circle, consolidating experiences and insights and offering space for participants to leave with a sense of closure, renewed connection and empowerment in their adoption journey.
