Hi! I'm Monique.
I WILL BE YOUR GUIDE INTO THE WORLD OF SYMBOLS AND TRANSFORMATION

I proudly embody lineage from my Wiradjuri ancestors, and am a qualified trauma therapist and teacher whose work weaves together somatic psychology, eco-psychotherapy, expressive arts, systemic constellations and symbolic traditions. For over two decades I’ve walked alongside children and adults as they heal trauma, reclaim their sovereignty and rediscover their belonging with the earth.
My own path has been shaped by listening to the wisdom of body, psyche, nature and ancestors - through pilgrimage, Sandplay, somatic practice, deep listening and encounters with the living world. Again and again, I’ve witnessed how symbols arrive as guides: in dreams, in mythology, in nature, in the images that stir within us.
I will be your guide in The Symbolic Thread, inviting you each month into the language of symbols, helping you to embody their wisdom and walking with you as you follow the threads of your own soul’s unfolding.
Together, we will enter a living conversation with the unconscious, with nature's wisdom and with the deeper meaning already woven into your life.

Creative Prompts – invitations to explore the symbol through journaling, eco-somatic or nature-based expressive arts practice.
